​Are your collars and leashes machine washable?

 

Yes, all of our collars and leashes are machine washable and air dry.

Should I measure my dog's neck to determine the proper size?

 

Yes, please either measure their neck with a measuring tape with 2 fingers stacked on top of one another underneath the measuring tape OR measure a collar that fits them now.  If your dog is still growing or you change the length of coat during grooming frequently AND the neck measurement is near the upper end of the size, size up to the next size.  All of our collars are made to order; therefore, there is a $10.00 restocking fee for all returns.  If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact me prior to ordering.  Our sizing chart is located in the photos of every collar listing.

If my dog should pick the design by scratching at the collar or through rough play, what do I do?

​

This is an easy fix.  If your dog should pick a thread, simply singe the pick off with a lighter.  This will remove the pick and seal the fabric.  Your collar will look like new.
