Processing time:  1 - 3 Business Days


Payment options:  I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  I never receive or have any access to your credit card information.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this secure checkout method.  Paypal will allow you to use your credit card and check out as a guest.

Shipping Information:  I ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3) days.  Shipping is always free for orders over $25.00.  If you are local to the Greensboro, NC area, I offer free delivery.  Free order pickup is also available at Downtown Greensboro Animal Hospital.  

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.  
  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery.  
  • Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery

NOTE:  Because of the nature of custom orders, I don't accept returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged or defective. 


ALL orders are insured via USPS Priority Mail.  If damages occur due to shipping or you have delivery issues, please use your provided tracking number to file a claim with USPS.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


Do you offer custom sizing? 


Yes absolutely! Please contact me with your details and we can create a custom sized collar just for your dog.

Can I get the collar in a martingale style?

Yes of course. Martingale options are available in most of our collars in large and x-large sizes. These collars are great for dogs who have narrow heads or giant breeds who tend to pull when on lead. Our 1 1/2" fabric small loop martingale collars can also include a side release buckle for "one time" size adjustment and easy "on and off".

Do you warranty or guarantee your products?


We guarantee our products to perform well under normal conditions and to be free from workmanship defects other than normal wear and tear for a period of 1 year.  ALL products are field tested BEFORE we market them to insure the best possible customer experience.

Can I machine wash my collar or grooming apron?

For collars and grooming aprons. Machine wash in cold water. For collars, air dry; For grooming aprons, dry on low setting.
